-Comment: I think Kyla Pratt as 8 yo Emily in dark blue bibs with open jacket. Originally, I found this as trailer on one of my DVDs. I've briefly checked the full movie but only found this very brief scene at 1h12. It's also on the DVD cover.After that there's a scene with bikes, maybe she had bibs under the closed jacket.
Born in 1988, maybe the movie has been filmed earlier.
