I found this movie, but I already had it. As it's rating 3, there was no pic left (I had 2). I've made this new pic. 2 black boys and their dad (red shirt on back) in bibs. Inside and outside. The older boy ~13 yo (main character) also kneeing. Good 40s setting. Meanwhile both authors had died. Directed by Stan Lathan "Go Tell it on the Mountain (1984/5)" also starring Olivia Cole. He also directed some episodes of Eight is Enough, The Waltons, ABC Afterschool Specials, etc. And some movies like Almos' a Man (rating 2, on same DVD).
