I think 4 boys in bibs. Mainly inside this one-room schoolhouse. I used to have 3 pics in the main post, including pic 2. Pic 1 is new and slightly better and without subtitles. One boy in a yellow shirt (raw denim) is hardly shown, mainly outside (not pictured sitting on front left). 2 other boys in raw denim bibs including the young blonde boy, but much better the boy sitting in the middle.
One other boy on the right but bibs hardly to notice, could be hickory stripes. Same kids as in She'll be Coming.
Rather few scenes. But rating 7-8. 1998 or 1995 song and VHS has the same title.
