After having re-watched the final part/part 3 (... und der Diebstahlstein, which I own on BD and has some interesting beach scenes but no bibs scenes), I found this scene on the extras. Main characters are on front.
Obviously a supporting actress and I assume just this brief scene, but I haven't seen that movie completely, yet. There are some different trailers and clips containing this ice-cream scene.

For the brief scene rating 3 only. The movie itself maybe a bit higher, but probably not much higher. Rather typical modern German family movies. The awarded books are probably better. There are 2 more books than movies and even musicals and plays.
