–Comment: One teen girl at school in blue flowered shortalls. Rather few scenes at around 23 minutes. Also brief scenes elsewhere. Running but from a distance showing the full length (shown in the trailer). Not sure about her name. It's not Jessica Bowman (the other girl). Some more pics on IMDb.
I even bought this many years ago on VHS.
Very handsome boy with round glasses (not in bibs but jeans).
For the brief shortalls scenes rating ~3-4. The movie ~6-7.
