–Comment: A young boy in orange shortalls and a girl in light purple bibs, both also cycling, also more close-up. The boy is maybe not that young as it seems on that bike. The girl/lady might be much older than it seems. Also sitting/lying on stage. Pic 1 at 49 minutes, pic 2 at 16.
The slogan in 2019 and album was called El Calor de lo Nuestro. The clip/song showing cycling is obviously called "Hastayer" by Gabriel Dávila Kurbán (pic 2). Setting seems 1970s. Also 2 teen girls (twins) in light green shorts.
I have briefly checked the complete show but don't know the other years. But I bet that there are more in bibs.

Update: Kids are 11-15 yo. The boy is Martín Rojas (11 yo) as Guille. Previously I had 8 yo and first thought even younger. The girl/lady is Paula García Fleury.
