-Comment: At least Britain Gabrielle Anwar in faded bibs and at least one boy in bibs at a fun fair. As there are many supporting actors, I bet that there are some more. 1930s farm setting.
During hard research, I found this one. I only have seen the trailer so far, so needs to be checked completely. Riding scenes, but probably not in bibs. Novel by Sonora Webster Carver, the first female horse diver.
Rating ~5 for now.
