–Comment: At least Arthur Trimble in dark bibs; hands in pockets. (I first thought, it's a girl). Starring The Century Kids. Also cycling.
I like classics, but I think I can only give rating ~3-4.
In the Buster's movie series (~49 episode) he wore a short, white sailor suit with very large collar and large hat, looking even more like a girl (hair and face). Like Buster's Mix Up (1926), rating 5. Here with another boy in bibs. On my other blog showing the sailor suit, rating 4.
