-Comment: I think Ben aka Benedikt Campbell as Ben Osborne (the kid) in blue bibs. Obviously at least one girl cycling in bibs (pic 3) and also confirmed men in bibs. Farm / prairie content. The boy was riding but unknown if also in bibs.

I found this by coincidence. The short clips on YouTube are in very bad condition, so the first pic is taken from nelvana.com.

This is a remake of series Jake and the Kid (1961), which I also have to check, and there are also some stage plays, one very good pic of a Calgary 2009 play is also shown in that link.

Pic 4 looking more like Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn. I can't say much more and have to check this again. Canadian series are often very good. Unfortunately not on DVD but available online as Instant video.
