By coincidence, I found this and some other clips of German junior firefighters (age 14+). Also a man and woman in black bibs (without jacket).
This one from YouTube by benningstudios is called "Jugendfilm FFW Tacherting".
Tacherting is a town in Bavaria, Germany. FFW means Freiwillige Feuerwehr (volunteer firefighters).
Quite interesting. Without the jackets (undressing) to proove that they are real bibs. Some chubby boys.
