As announced, I bought the Our Gang Volume 1 compilation from Grapevine. The DVDr is not RC1 but luckily RC0. The image quality of the movies differ, some are b&w and very poor, others are tinted a bit yellow and are better. But I haven't checked all 7 movies (2h). Luckily, "The Big Show" is better and sharper than the online clips. "The Champeen" is also yellow and not better than the TCM clip. I still doubt that the Alpha Video DVD would be better, so this is probably the best available.
As announced several boys and many good scenes (sitting, standing front+rear). Most or all bibs are very faded, especially those of Mickey Daniels (ripped especially on his left side showing his underwear. I will make more posts later. Also on my other blogs. Main post, I think rating 7 was correct
