I found this by coincidence. Still needs to check all episodes.
Mila Kunis also starred in one earlier episode (unknown if in bibs) and also in Milo (1998), rating 3.
For now, I have very few actors in Baywatch, currently rating 4, but I bet that there are much more.

Japanese televison mini series Bokura no Yuuki from 1997 also known as Miman City in English has 13 to 14 year old Matsumoto Jun wearing white or blue overalls in every episode. He appears in all 10 episodes of the series.
