–Comment: I think Willie Chi Tin-Sang (季天笙) shirtless in blue bibs, I think chopping wood. Also other scenes with a white T-shirt and a white sleeveless shirt.
Another suggestion. Thanks! Not sure about his age. Looks more like a young man to me. Probably around 20 or even older. Check out pics of Drunken Master III (1994). Or is there another, younger actor? Also rather few scenes. As usual, I only have checked this at high speed.
So rating 2-3 only.

In Regards D'enfance tv series there is another episode with a boy in overalls which is "Maximum Vital" from 1998. Boy is found in a few different scenes in middle and at end of episode. Also there is French tv movie Celle qui Reste from 2005 with boy in shortalls throughout most of the movie.
