–Comment: At least 8 or 9 yo Canadian Carly McKillip in dark brown corduroy bibs, shortalls or similar but I think full length bibs. Also in a blue jeans dress. Cycling scenes but probably not in bibs.
I can't say much more and assume rather few scenes.
So rating 3-4 for now only. I don't like her hair and don't like corduroy bibs, especially not dark brown ones. Also starring Alison Pill (baggy bibs in "The Dinosaur Hunter" but probably not in bibs here.)
She also appeared in For Hope (rating 3) and In the Doghouse (1998) rating 5 (5 for a boy).
