I have seen this movie then, but only remember the boy (unfortunately not in bibs). I haven't seen the complete movie since.
Typical and funny kids detective movie. DVD title "Pinky und der 1.000.000 Mops" aka "Pinky, oder Wer hat den Mops geklaut". English title Pinky and the Million Dollar Pug. Loosely based on the 1982 novel by Gert Prokop (East Germany), movie setting is at present time.
Rating 4-5 for now.
