I haven't seen the movie, not even clips. It's available on the Gaumont movie on demand DVD series (red cover, I mentioned that before on similar French classics).
Usually I don't like neither shortalls nor hickory stripes nor the 70s but of course depends on the actor. The boy in sports shorts is more handsome. Are there other actors in bibs or other scenes of interest?
I have to see some more (moving) images. But I think I won't buy it.
For now rating 5-(6) only. Maybe the older girl is better here.

The one in striped shortalls is a girl. I think it it Malène Sveinbjornsson. The boy running next to her in green shorts is Lionel Melet (The same boy from Trocadero Lemon Blue, you have an entry for that film here) but in this film he doesn't wear dungarees.
