I like the Little Rascals and classics, but I think only very few scenes of this 10 minute short film.

So rating 2-3 only. He also appeared in other Our Gang movies aged 5-8 (some, probably earlier episodes seem much better in different, raw denim bibs) and also in Mokey (1942), no entry yet.
