I have checked some PD movies and found this (at least one more coming soon). 55 minutes with sound but I only noticed few bibs scenes, or most are in the distance.

This is a sequel to the 1947 movie Curley (also with 2 boys in bibs, maybe the same boys?, no entry yet.)
