3 years later, I now have found this 1991 episode on YouTube (titles Billy - The Kid Just Wants to Play Football) and it's better than thought. Rating 5 instead of (3)-4. Also perfect shiny shorts scenes of Colin Thomas and other Boys. British ITV school series.

I have been looking for this episode for many years and never had any luck finding it anywhere. With your magic touch do you think you could find two other posts I recommended a few years back? The Deadly Web tv movie from 1996 and the Young People’s Specials Umbrella Jack from 1984.
Thanks. I have both still on my queue and couldn't find them either for years. (Maybe there are downloads somewhere but I mainly search for streams and often don't search the web very deep.) Someone must have them. Maybe even Felix.
I gave it up for now and even recently prepared a better headshot for Deadly Web. But I continue searching from time to time. Umbrella Jack I have searched yesterday.
It's sometimes a coincidence (or much work) to find something.
Billy had an unknown subtitle and Picture Box was missing. To find something just called Billy is very hard indeed.
