-Comment: An older teen girl / young woman, I think Tiffani Thiessen aka Tiffani-Amber Thiessen in dark blue shortalls (also standing and walking) at the beginning and in light blue bibs (full length) at the end of the movie.
I found this movie by coincidence on YouTube. I'm not 100% sure about the name of the girl. Could also be Margaret Welsh, but more likely she's the blond girl, her friend. Or maybe Angie Rae McKinney? Sometimes girls look like the same.
Rather some few scenes, mainly at the beginning (and end). I don't like much shortalls and the other scenes are even fewer and not much better. She looks thinner at the rear view but she isn't. There's also a side view of her with females curves but Iwant to show the rear view and the full length.
A typical drama. I can't say much more about the movie and plot.
She also starred (in bibs) in Buried Secrets (1996), rating 5 in faded bibs. The bibs might be better in there, but she looks much older.

IT WAS A BAD MOVIE AND BAD FRIENDS
Jenny Monroe was a sweet beautiful girl who had her whole future laid out in front of her and ever since she was little, she came to know these 2 girls, Ellen Holloway and Carla Lewis and to trust them and because of it, her mother, Jean trusted them too but after that the truth came out about Jenny's murder, she regrets that. So, I'm asking you, please don't be fooled by them too. They murdered Jenny out of jealousy and they deserved to be punished.
