-Comment: 10 or 11 yo Tom Avni ( (תום אבני) "Super Boy" 1998, rating 8) in yellow bibs dancing with a  young girl in light green bibs. Some other girls in similar colored shortalls or more likely dresses (some girls, also older ones in sailor dresses) and at least one man in yellow bibs.

I found Tom Avni here (by myself). I found out that he appeared in the 1997 edition and with the Hebrew title “פסטיגל"  it's easy to find online. There are some short clips, one with a better image quality but missing the girl and also the complete show is on YouTube.

I noticed few scenes with him (front and rear view) but I don't like it. Looks very childish. The previous posted 2002 edition I like much more (showing girls and teen boys in blue bibs (maybe even Tom Avni as well) , and also a cycling scene, rating 6). Probably other episodes are also worth checking.

I also checked some more of the Argentinian series Chiquititas and even found a woman in bibs (but wearing an additional jacket, coming soon).
