Obviously a very good movie with some handsome kids. I noticed it earlier but can't remember everything. I think only very few bibs scenes. Please comment if there are more. Also shirtless and shorts scenes.

Directed by Ralph Smart (1908-2001). The movie is an adventure about 5 different aged kids (probably none in bibs) set in Australia.
Rating 4-5 for now (for bibs scenes), movie probably higher rating.
