I found this by coincidence on YouTube. An experimental or independant short film of ~ 3 minutes for the Chilean film school. No entry on IMDb. Starring Santiago Walker and Ignacio Montenegro. The younger boy ~ 10 yo shirtless in yellow shiny shorts.

Dad played by Christian Silva who has an IMDb entry. Directed by María Jesús Letelier.

Very good, but way too short.
