I've added this movie and another one with a boy in bibs at my CFF/CFTF list.
No other new pics yet. I also don't want too many pics there. If I have time I will maybe create separate entries.

No entry at IMDb. Movie is from 1979, maybe filmed in 1978. Produced by Anthony Squire. Starring Samantha Weysom (has an IMDb entry), who also starred in The Famous Five (1978). Not sure if it's the girl pictured.

Another suggestion check out the tv series Benji, Zax and the Alien Prince from 1983 has the main character boy in bibs in the episode Double Trouble.
