Where's Willie?

Family film starring John Mitchum
-Year: 1978
-Year in film: 1970s
-Country: USA
-Who in bibs: boy Tracks ~9 ys, woman
-Available on DVD: yes
-I own: yes, DVD
-Bib occurence: low
-Rating:  4/10
-Rating: ****
-Comment: Rock Montanio (pictured, friend of the 8 yo main character) in dark blue bibs. 3 short scenes, and another one in a nightmare scene in beige bibs. In fact no real good scene. Neither a good view of backside nor a good close up view of frontside. Scenes at 15 and 21 minutes.
A young woman or teen girl (supporting actress, bottom right on left at 0:55) in longer skirtalls or similar.

Starring Marc Gilpin as genius boy Willie (top right in yellow), Henry Darrow, Katherine Woodville and Guy Madison.

Nothing much positive about this movie. The music is quite good. The general plot is quite interesting, a boy who can manipulate electronic devices with a remote control (traffic lights, bank safe etc). They could had made a perfect thriller or horror movie out of this plot, but they didn't. Bibs are quite good, maybe still raw denim. But very few scenes and I don't like this movie. Boys are also very young. Film aka "Computer Kid" and "Computer Wizard".

DVD: NTSC even RC0 4:3 full screen. No extras, no subtitles, English audio only. Image and sound quality is quite bad but acceptable for this old movie (looks like a good VHS quality). DVD cover says digitally remastered and enhanced audio. Can't confirm this. I had problems playing it on my BD-Player (jumps from 1h01 to near the end 1h22) DVD was new and sealed. Played well on my DVD player (same brand).

Rating 3-4.
