-Comment: Katie Volding (pictured) in light blue baggy shorter bibs. Maybe they are shortalls and a bit oversized or she's just to small for them. Also at least one other woman/teen girl in bibs or shortalls (or maybe it's an apron, pic below with black sleeveless shirt). Maybe also a woman in white shortalls (brief scene of supporting actress), but might be just a shirt and shorts. A lot of people in the background watching the contest, so maybe more but most scenes at the end of film are fast action scenes while skating and hard to tell, except if seen frame by frame. I also saw later a pic with a teen girl of the skating gang in long medium blue bibs and sleeveless red shirt (long darker hair, but with a helmet), but I missed that and have to update this later. This might be 17 yo tomboy Christina Vidal.

Sorry, I missed most parts of this film and can't say if any more actors and the amount of bib scenes. Girl (playing sister of main character "Brink" (Erik von Detten, top pic on left) is very young. I also don't like those fast action skating movies nor von Detten. I have to check this film again next broadcasting, but can't rate any higher than 4-5 for now. I think not yet released officially on DVD (only VHS). No trailer.
