I checked again a wiki called Shoutwiki for having an emergency 2nd site. But on a help page it says that they still have issues, so obviously one still can't create a wiki for now 5 years. They offer free hosting. But copyrighted pics aren't allowed (although shown on a sample wiki). At least YouTube emdeds are allowed.
On archive.org I found that the last snapshot was in Dec 2023. I made new snapshots yesterday of some selected pages, lists, tags and searches.
It would be too much work to save everything, especially as it's very slow. I think just one level will be saved, so the first page and probably links of it, but not the links in the links. It will always be outdated. Especially when updating older posts.
I didn't know that it's possible even if not signed up to save any web pages. I wonder who did it in the past.
Please don't save (too many of) my posts, especially when not having checked if it's already up. It might look like automatic crawling, especially when several people doing it (the same time). Rather do suggest what you think it's important to be saved. Another interesting site is pinterest, but mainly for saving single pics.
