I have briefly checked the complete movie and as there are several scenes of interest (f/m) including very good school, raw denim and rear views, and next to the girl and the 2 boys also some other boys in bibs, I have ordered the German BD which was quite cheap. I haven't bought movies for a long time. The online clip was in very bad image quality.
Very good scenes at school and outside with other boys starting at 11 minutes, climbing a ladder to a tree house and sitting (39 min), walking and good rear views 40 minutes, sitting girl at 56 min. But more infos and pics later. Set in 1940s Virginia like The Waltons.
The novel by David Baldacci seems also of interest and I consider buying it, but first I want to watch again the movie more carefully. 18x overalls in the novel. Best previews on Google Books. Most (at school) including girl wore overalls. And barefooted.

–Comment: As announced yesterday, I first found a girl in checkered bibs (pic 3, ep 11, probably the same actress Miriam Chytilová), then I also found a young boy, maybe Zdeněk Černý (ep 1) in simple blue bibs in a barn, then a young lady or older teen girl (maybe 30 yo Jana Sulcová ?) in khaki or similar bibs (ep 4), also sitting (maybe also in another ep), and a girl in longer yellow shortalls (also sitting) in ep 3. Also a young girl in dark blue skirtalls-like dress (ep 1), a man in blue bibs (ep 3) and people in aprons. Farm setting. Riding but not in bibs.
Quite interesting and I wonder, why I haven't found this earlier. In total, rather few (good) scenes, especially of the boy. I don't like the 70s. There are many actors, so unsure about their names. 2 women are ~27 yo.

By searching for the DVD availability of Robbers, Rooftops and Witches (with some new facts), I found this by coincidence on the production company's website.
Available in 31 and 47 minutes versions. I found a stream of the short one but checked only some parts.
I think rather few good scenes, often from the distance and the teen boy wearing a jacket.

But who has the time to watch all episodes?

I have checked the episodes with the redhaired main character in brown bibs (ep 8, 10, 20, 35). Thanks again, db1!
The same pair of bibs appears sometimes dark blue inside and light blue and light grey outside. Maybe even purple. But I assume that they are brown, although dark lit inside. And the straps are striped, so probably the bibs are of corduroy fabric.
I haven't found streams in better image quality or HQ (publicity) pics.
Pic 1 is from ep 35 (no complete undressing shown). Pics 4+5 from ep 10. The other 2 from other sources, unknown episodes also showing better jeans bibs of the girl. There are also men in bibs (medium blue working bibs).
I don't like brown bibs nor cordoroy, and the kids are very young. Rather few good scenes (like sitting) and dark lit inside. Rating 4(-5) was correct. Funny series, though.

I later found a redhaired boy ~9 yo in brown or olive appearing bibs in ep 20. I think I have to make some updates later.

Another suggestion. Thanks very much! I haven't checked all episodes and had again problems, finding any boys in bibs. And the girls I found are very young.
