Just found as YouTube recommendation. Other clip called "Video clip for Sergey Lukyanenko's fantastic novel "The Seventh"" Uploader Film's Star Kid. Author also transcribed Sergei Lukyanenko (Серге́й Васи́льевич Лукья́ненко).
Indie movie. No entry on IMDb. There are movies with the same kids (also appearing here) shirtless in shorts with other titles like "Heavenly Host". Another channel is Kid's Talents. Main focus is obviously not the coveralls but sports.
Rating 4-(5) for now. I first considered rating 5.
