I haven't found any info on the web confirming the existance nor pics or clips. Is this maybe a commercial? I first thought that this might be Nounours (1998) but that is a short film from Chile. Is this the original (French) title?

The movie by Clément Devaux et Julie Bonnemoy was published by Pause B Films (announced on their Facebook page), is about 2 minutes and he appears for ~30 seconds. Just the lady has an entry on IMDb.
