I first found pic 3 with a black girl in episode 545 (1973, season 5) in Making Chicken Soup. Black bibs or shortalls but I think headshot only or with a jacket.

Then, I briefly checked the great Muppet fandom wikia and found 2 young, black girls ~6-8 yo singing and standing in blue bibs in ep 2169 (1986 season 17) unpictured, yet (see wikia). Song "I heard my Dog Bark" performed by Gordon. Unpictured also a black woman in ep 3902 and George the Farmer in ep 288.

Pic 1 showing Gloria Estefan singing and dancing "You Say Hola!" with Muppets in beige bibs in ep 3846 (1999, season 30). Very nice.

Pic 2 showing Julia Stinshoff (*1974)  in dark blue bibs in the German version Sesamstraße. Clip called "Elmo: Autofahren für Anfänger". Also in other episodes like lying on a sofa in clip "Elmo und Julia schlafen". Sesamstraße also earlier on my Lederhosen blog.

Probably much more actors and kids including boys. I don't have the time to check all episodes.
