I found this long, long time ago, and I think had it on my shiny shorts blog. But obviously I hadn't seen the complete film then and so missed the bibs scenes.

Funny, but typical 80s movie. Rating 4.

In the trailer it's obviously her in a swim suit (at 0'56). And playing Double Dutch. Also the girl next to her in a long yellow dress with bibs-like straps.

I haven't seen the complete film. English title: First Love. Directed by Bernard Garant.

Info: Wikifarm comparison, part 2

I haven't found a good, recent comparison online, so I have checked a bit more. All infos for the free versions. Main disadvantages (there might be more)

XWiki: Now registration works, but import costs 5000 EUR. The free version could be just a demo and the TOS might be strict

editthis: no pics (anymore) , but could use links (needs another hoster)

slimwiki: no export

Miraheze: needs manual request. they may delete it after 60 days inactive

Shoutwiki: (uses mediawiki) import max 2MB and needs manual request, currently don't work at all. For 1 year no registration possible. They had data loss issues. Usually, wiki creation possible even without mail.

Wikidot: 300 MB. Obviously very strict TOS. They may delete when inactive, no import, currently export don't work

doowikis: unknown company and features. no real wiki but single, untiteld pages. Hosting, but unknown if pics will be hosted there.

ourproject: (mediawiki): 10 MB via web (in total ?) , certificate error.  import ~1000 pages (?), seems abandoned

fandom/wikia: if I remember correctly no import(?) I now read about import and/or export but unknown if it works and how much, too much ads, probably too strict tos, wiki owner don't own their data

wix.com: Domain not free after 1 year. Maybe other restictions (import ?)

Conclusion: There's no good wiki farm. Even when not need import (copy/paste). Even for small space. Main problem are strict TOS of commercial wikis.  Alternative: Self hosting and manual setup. Complicated and needs a good hoster with same problems. (I found hosters with unlimited free space. But read about many cases where accounts were closed for no reason and users should pay for premium service.)

Blogs: I haven't found better blogs than Blogger. Similar problem (strict TOS). Google has some disadvantages and bugs, and recently limited web space and availabilty.

Touched by an Angel (1994) - s6e10

 

RaVaughn Nichelle Brown as black teen girl Denise in yesterday's s6e10. I missed most of it and noticed 2 brief scenes. In the shop and later outside with a jacket. So maybe no full views. But I don't assume (much) more scenes. Pic at 30 minutes.

Quite interesting, farm and school scene (but in Australia, so no real/US one-room schoolhouse). Bibs are not that dark than shown on a publicity pic. But maybe he wore different pairs.

During hard research, I found this one. I only have seen the trailer so far, so needs to be checked completely. Riding scenes, but probably not in bibs. Novel by Sonora Webster Carver, the first female horse diver.

Info: Issues with my Wiki, comparison

There are some disadvantages and new issues on my School TV Wiki, so I searched for other wikis or blogs (maybe also for this blog). There used to be many sites but many are defunct now. I also need a free hosting (wikifarm) and some functions like import.

Issues on wiki-site

Old TLS 1.1 which not works by default on recent Firefox and will be removed in upcoming versions. Can currently be  enabled manually in the settings.

Cons:

Everyone (incl. me) has to enter a captcha to view the wiki

Google can't find anything from it, I also can't add it to the wiki directory

No SSL/ old Wiki software

Ads/Cursor often move, so by clicking it, I lost my edit

Update: Even more complicated on Firefox Snap, again issues. So I don't use it anymore, see later posts

Typical adenture. Handsome boys but not in bibs. I don't like much red bibs. And rather few good scenes. Best scenes near the beginning.

So rating ~4-(5) only. 

Update: Last Train from Gun Hill

I just found a tiny pic in this rating 6 post, which was under a rating 4 post. I have re-uploaded the main pic (sitting from a distance) and made these 2 new pics. I previously had the riding scene, but as I couldn't find it on my current PC, I re-captured them from my DVD. I didn't remember the close-up sitting scene, which is the best. Bib at high position. Rare bib. No bib pocket, but a half patch. Good jeans bibs, which I think are anachronistic in Westerns/1860s.

Unfortunately, only one longer scene at around 6 minutes. Riding also from a distance. And partially descending shown. The Western itself is also good, not just because of the famous actors (Kirk Douglas and Anthony Quinn) but also has a good plot. Also another boy (not in bibs), but in total few kids scenes. The Waltons also has 3 on 1 horse.
