I did some more research about converting. XML is a very huge topic. So there's still hope.
Not only that there are many different XML formats, there's also different software. Not only editors and converters but others like processors, parsers and especially XSLT. I tried some (exist-db and saxon) but they didn't work (errors) and very complicated. Again, most stuff is about converting in the opposite direction.
Another way should be by converting via an RSS Reader, I will try this soon.
I also checked the source of the converter I have, but there are mostly DLL files.
I also found some plugins (lib) but not sure for what programs. I think for Google DOCs or Sheets.
There are also lots of online converters, even some who handles many different XML variants, but none for XML/ATOM.
Update: I have checked some RSS tools, some could at least import the original XML file and have one tag and image link and HTML export, but that is not much better than my A-Z list. I have now checked 10 programs even pro ones.
I have added all missing rating 9 posts (mainly updates of The Waltons and Avonlea). Pics to come.
Most of the links in the topics page now work.
