Not sure about the other boy. Jake Getman is credited on IMDb as 10 yo voice actor in the text but also as actor in a screenshot. But I think it's Alejandro Serranoas. Maybe the younger character as well?

Unfortunately very few scenes. And boys with moustaches. Rating ~4. Other scenes of interest boys playing Soccer.
