This is a (2nd) movie special of series Die Kanzlei (ladies rating 5). This evening (FR) on DasErste. Also on the ardmediathek.
2 elderly, similar looking blonde ladies in bibs. One in tan duck hunt style (pic 2 on right, Sabine Postel *1954). And one in blue bibs, Johanna Gastdorf *1959, pic 1, fewer scenes.
Also a young lady (Mathilde Bundschuh ? *1994) in thin tan coveralls (open jacket, pic 2 in middle) and also at least an elderly man (Herbert Knaup, pic 2 background) in blue coveralls. Another old lady in a jeans apron.
I have briefly checked this online. Nice farm setting, but ladies are way too old.
