I had no problems finding this movie, 4th result on YouTube (OK).

Perfect sitting and standing up scene (rating 9-(10), but I prefer blue bibs). The sitting scene (headshot) can be found on IMDb. I don't want to show the close-up scene (it's also in the trailer), so I've chosen this one.

Great scene but for the brief scenes I give rating (5-)6.

Filmed in 2017. Main plot seems to be in the present. But it's an anthology collection. Not sure about the time setting. I think Killroy (later) fought in Vietnam. So maybe 50s. Film released as NFT. IMDb rating 3.6.
