Originally a 2003 Broadway musical with humans and puppets set in New York City. A Sesame Street parody. From Laurent's playlist (folder Bande Annonces). There are several other stages and years. Mainly ladies in bibs, but also men.

The character in bibs is the main character and based on former child actor Gary Coleman ("Diff'rent Strokes", f/m rating 5) played by different ladies and men. Usually wearing a tool belt.
Another play on the playlist is a 2012 one with Tiffany Cox as Gary.
Another man with a man as Gary from uploader M6 Evenements.
In the London cast Gary is played by Giles Terera (raw denim). Maybe the man from the above clip.
Another play "Avenue Q - Friday Cast 3/3/17" with a lady in 2017, uploader King School.
I only have checked the clips very briefly. There are also many other versions.
