After finding young Rudy in light purple bibs (publicity pic on an 80s TV series/sitcom list), I've checked some episodes. On IMDb I found another episode with ~18 or now 19 yo Theo in bibs (next to s6e2 also in s7e5). I haven't checked all episodes, for now I found Rudy in orange bibs in s6e23. A young girl in bibs as construction worker Halloween costume in s2e6.
A boy (pic 1) and blonde pigtailed girl in beige bibs at school in s3e14. Boy also sitting. An earlier scene at school but the girl not in bibs there. I might have missed scenes in this or other episodes of season 3.
Unpictured: A young lady sitting in dark blue shortalls in s8e4 at 20 and lady Pam in bibs with one strap down at least in s8e4 (pic on IMDb). Bill Cosby in faded bibs in s8e1 and at least one other man (craftsman) in bibs. A young girl in blue coveralls in s1e22.
