During confirmation research for Mary Ellen's brand I found some interesting pics on pinterest. Pinterest is a great source and each pin has many similar pics.

I found some more terms like pocket flasher (an advertising large cardboard often at the right pocket). Also interesting that Lee had Jelt Denim which is lighter and more comfortable, 11.5 oz but quality as 13 oz. (Tight construction and twisted yarn).
