I found this on the channel where I found Questo si che è amore. Italian title there: Gli uomini non possono essere violentati 1977. English title: Men Can't Be Raped, aka Manrape. Simple title on my A-Z list Män kan inte valdtas.

I haven't checked the full movie, yet. But I assume very few scenes (if any more).
