–Comment: After 1 hour search, I found the title. The actor is Japanese-French Marc Panthona, real name Ryūichi Sakai (酒井 龍一, Sakai Ryūichi). He is also rapper in band Globe.

Original title: さよならジュピター.

I have to check the complete movie more carefully which is on archive org in perfect quality (link on Wikipedia). Probably just this brief scene. At 1h08. Also being laid down, almost sitting. Bibs are probably hickory striped. 

Most versions are much shorter. Full version is 2h09. I think also coveralls or at least a space suit at the end.
