Comment: Some boys in bibs. I found this some time ago. During research for Great Depression, Iowa, One-room schoolhouse and Dust Bowl movies. (Blog search PBS).

One other good scene of an older boy kneeing on the ground. Obviously taken from this film

The other scene pictured looks also familiar to me. Obviously a playground in front of a one-room schoolhouse. I think, I found pics or clips on loc.gov and might have this on my Google Photos/previously Picasa albums (blogroll). Pics are obviously later than 1850s, where the Orphan train movement started. No or no notable bibs scenes in other documentaries about this subject.
