After updating the famous Lars von Trier movie (boy, men, rating 4, also a spanking scene), I found a short clip of this stage play. I haven't found others in bibs including the boy.

I can't say much more about this stage play.

There's also a 2005 movie sequel called “Manderlay” with at least black men in bibs, ladies at least in bibs-like dresses and/or aprons. And there are some other stage plays of both movies, but most don't have actors in bibs.
