I haven't seen the complete movie yet.

Novels (1966-1989) by Marjatta Kurenniemi, English title: Jill, Joy and the Mysterious Stranger. Not sure about the time setting. Might appear very modern and colorful, but probably set in the 1970s? Or a mix (timeless plot)
