–Comment: At least a girl, around 10 or 11 yo in blue bibs or similar. Maybe a German girl. The plot is about kids of guest workers in Germany. I only found a tiny pic on wunschliste.de

Maybe it's from ep 3 "Conchita und Karoline" and the girl is Karoline and the other girl (not in bibs) Spanish (or Portuguese.

I can't say anything more. Maybe also boys in bibs in other episodes? Other kids obviously includeTurkish (boy), Italian (Antonio, boy), Attila (Hungary or Turkey), Greek (or Russian) girl, boy Boro (Bosnia ?), Paula (Portuguese).  Who knows this series? Starring Jürgen Prochnow (not sure if it's the same actor as in "Das Boot". The title means neighbor kids and is usually spelled in German with an "s" before kinder.
