–Comment: At least 9 or 10 yo Melanie Gaffin, obviously in dark blue, probably raw denim bibs as sister of Richie (Matthew Labyorteaux). Pic from ep. 10. I also saw a pic showing white straps. I think rather few scenes. Also an older black teen girl in light blue or white bibs (appearing white on a headshot) in ep 17. Not sure about her name (maybe Debbye McCurry ?)

Checking some 80s series for my shiny shorts blog, I found her by coincidence.

Interesting series. My favourite actor here is Todd Porter. I haven't found any others in bibs.

Melanie Gaffin also wore white, striped bibs (sitting in a wheelchair) in the 1987 ep. "God, The Universe And Hot Fudge" of CBS Schoolbreak Special (no entry yet). And also in "Armed and Dangerous" (1986) in light blue shortalls with a white pattern (coming soon, rating 5-(6)).

She also appeared in other famous series like The Wonder Years, St. Elsewhere and Growing Pains (but probably not in bibs, at least not in Growing Pains).

I like raw denim bibs. Rating 5 for now. I haven't checked the complete series of 18 episodes.
