I don't know/don't remember this movie. Looks like a typical family film / romance / comedy film.

There are also some boys acting but probably none in bibs (one underwater scene in boardshorts).

I can't rate any higher than 2-3 for now due to the few scenes.

Update: Completely checked at high speed. Very few scenes and Amanda Peet only or often with a jacket (at 38 minutes). The girl obviously wore a jeans dress or similar at 4 minutes.
