There are a lot of episodes of Our Gang / aka The Little Rascals, but somehow I don't remember and couldn't found much bib scenes in there.

Produced by Hal Roach and Robert F. McGowan, originally in b&w but also colorized. 20 minutes.

I like these classics, however most kids are very young. So rating 4 for now. I have to check more of it. See also (the chronological list)

The silent films are also aired as abridged Mischief Makers in the 60s. New DVD release in 2022.
