There is also another light blond boy (Paul Metzger) and a blond young girl, but probably not in bibs. Also starring Julia Richter and Ferdinand Dux. I don't know/don't remember this movie. Typical German family movie also a West-/East German comedy film. Could probably be much better. I have to check this again the next broadcasting. Available on DVD (confirmed) but might be OOP. Directed by Helmut Metzger (maybe the father of Paul).

Rating 2-3 for now only due to the young age of the boy.

Update. Now I have seen it at high speed on YouTube. Scene pictured at 52 minutes. Another scene is at 28 minutes. Bibs are short but not real shortalls. There's also an older blond boy (on the right) but not in bibs.

Update 2:

I missed 2 older teen boys (also some older men) in working bibs. Still rating 2.
