I don't know the complete movie. Russian title "Доминус". Couldn't find an entry at IMDb. 

2x45 minutes. The first horror movie "Хозяин" is based on the short story "The Scythe" (scene pictured), with farm content of a family in the 1930s (Great Depression). The boy is also in a wheelbarrow.

The 2nd story on this DVD "Чертово колесо" (Ferris Wheel) is about the story "The Black Ferris". (For that also see "Something Wicked this Way Comes", rating 8). But I don't know this version here.

I think quite few good bib scenes, although I like horror movies and farm content. Rating 4 for now, but have to check this again.
